Your password (PIN code) and other security details (CVV code, 3D Secure password) are your personal information. You should never share this information with anyone and must ensure confidentiality when using it.
Please note! Bank employees will never ask for your PIN, CVV, or internet banking password. Any such request is a sign of fraud.
When entering your PIN, make sure that no one around you can see it. If you notice any suspicious activity, inform the bank immediately.
Never write your PIN on your card. Do not share photos of the front or back of your card with anyone.
When making online transactions, it is not recommended to use cards where your salary or large amounts are stored.
Be careful when using ATMs. If you encounter a suspicious situation, cancel the transaction and contact the bank. Check your surroundings for suspicious individuals.
If your card is retained by an ATM or a technical issue occurs, do not accept help from third parties. In such cases, contact only the bank’s official support services. Do not trust contact details provided by unknown persons.
Be cautious when entering your personal information on public or shared devices. Enter phone numbers and other data yourself and verify their accuracy.
When making payments via POS terminals, keep the receipt until you are sure the amount has been correctly debited from your account.
Be cautious of suspicious campaigns, fake websites, and messages circulating on the internet or social media.
Do not click on suspicious links sent on behalf of the bank and do not share your personal information.
If you encounter suspicious websites requesting your personal or card details, do not enter the information and immediately report it to the bank’s customer service.
Use the bank’s SMS notification and internet/mobile banking services to manage and monitor your account.
