Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance or related fields;
  • At least of 2 years of experience in risk management;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of IFRS 9 and expected credit loss provisioning;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel;
  • Knowledge of R, Python, or other programming tools is an advantage;
  • Possession of FRM/PRM/CFA/ACCA certification is an advantage;


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare data files and run the existing ECL model on a monthly basis to ensure calculation of provisions for expected credit losses in accordance with IFRS;
  • Verify the accuracy of ECL model results and calculated parameters (PD and LGD).
  • Calculate provisions for loans in line with local regulatory standards.
  • Conduct annual review and update of risk methodologies and credit risk policies.
  • Support management in conducting stress tests and model calibration.
  • Prepare various relevant reports for management.
  • Provide support in the execution of any other relevant tasks assigned by management.

Key responsibilities:
 • Evaluate loan offers submitted by the Bank's branches;
 • Verify the compliance of loan offers with laws and the Bank's loan policy;
 • Assess the borrower's creditworthiness, analyze their financial condition, conduct research on the borrower and the sector in which they operate, identify and measure credit risks, and fulfill relevant tasks specified in the Bank's internal regulations;
 • Present evaluation results to the manager and assist in preparing the credit opinion;
  •Ensure timely delivery of credit opinions on loan offers to branch managers;
 • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues and problems, and report results to the manager;
  •Participate in customer visits, together with the manager and/or branch/sales units, when necessary;
 • Monitor changes in laws and regulations related to credit risk management, and contribute to updating internal rules, processes, and methodologies accordingly;

:

• Obtain all risk-oriented information related to borrowers and their activities, conduct comparative analysis of their financial and business performance over periods, assess customers' creditworthiness, and classify them into appropriate risk categories;
 • Evaluate corporate/commercial loan offers included in the monitoring process, submit assessment results to the unit manager, and assist in preparing the credit opinion; 
 • Undertake activities aimed at reducing non-performing loans in line with predefined targets, and conduct customer visits when necessary;
 • Participate in meetings to ensure healthy and orderly workflow;
 • Monitor changes in laws and regulations related to credit risk management, stay informed about relevant internal rules, processes, and methodologies, and apply them in daily work.

Requirements:

 • Higher legal education;
 At least 3 years of professional experience in litigation, enforcement, and auction proceedings;
 Mandatory banking experience (at least 3 years of experience in litigation, enforcement, and auction processes within the banking sector);
  Knowledge of legislative acts applicable to banks;
 •Solid knowledge of civil, labor, and administrative laws, as well as civil, administrative, and commercial procedures;
 •Commitment to continuously learning about legal and legislative updates and applying them appropriately in practice;

 • Represent the Bank in court, enforcement, auction, and other relevant legal proceedings.
    Participate in the drafting of legal documents;

  Maintain a systematic registry and archive of effective normative legal acts, keeping accurate records of their amendments or repeals;

Key Responsibilities:

• Document the Bank’s workflows;
 • Develop banking processes in line with local laws and business units' requirements;
 • Classify requests/projects together with IT teams as small requests, medium-sized projects, or large-scale projects;
 • Take initiative in process changes to ensure legal compliance, conduct impact analysis on the Bank with the support of relevant business units, and coordinate with IT for planning technical changes;
 • Create medium and large-scale system requirements in line with the "business hub" principle (including detailed process analysis, business decisions, interactions with other projects and processes, and impact analysis on customers and sales/operations);
 • For procedures under responsibility, create the “business impact” and “business case,” review additional requirements from affected business units, and determine their interdependencies;
 • Manage system authorization groups: assign/revoke to/from users, create/modify/

• Conduct conversion transactions with the Bank's own customers and other banks; Perform operations in domestic and foreign money markets
 • Maintain correspondent bank relationships and oversee correspondent accounts, including opening new accounts in local and foreign banks;
 • Monitor securities transactions, including principal and coupon payments;
 • Prepare and submit reports to relevant authorities; Prepare other reports as requested by management

 • BS or MS in Computer / Electronics Engineering or related fields;
 • Minimum 3 years experience in System Administrator position;
 • System Management including design, installation, administration, configuration, upgrade, migration and maintenance of Windows Servers and roles, Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO Etc.), System Center Suite, VMware Infrastructure;
 • Basic knowledge of networking;
