We can explain it with an example. For example: If you place a deposit of 1,000 AZN for a term of 1 month at an annual interest rate of 5%, the calculation will be as follows: 1,000 × 5/100 = 50 AZN (this represents the annual interest amount for a 1,000 AZN deposit). Since your deposit term is 1 month, the annual interest amount of 50 AZN must be divided by the number of months in a year, i.e., 12. 50 ÷ 12 = 4.17 AZN (four manat and seventeen gapik) Accordingly, for a 1-month deposit of 1,000 AZN at an annual interest rate of 5%, your earned interest will amount to 4.17 AZN (four manat and seventeen gapik).
As of February 1, 2023, according to the Tax Code, annual interest income paid on individual deposits is subject to income tax.
Yes, you may withdraw your deposit at any time. However, in such cases, the deposit will accrue interest at an annual rate of 0.05%.

It is an order that allows your monthly bill payments to be automatically charged to your Worldcard or PulKart. You can set up this order for mobile and landline phones, utility payments, cable TV, and internet bills. The instruction can be provided via Internet Banking, the Yapı Kredi Call Center (*0444), or by visiting any Yapı Kredi branch.
You must notify the Yapı Kredi Call Center (*0444) or your nearest Yapı Kredi branch of your new phone number within 15 days at the latest. This is essential to ensure that you continue receiving your account statements, as well as timely updates on campaigns and services.

You can apply by visiting any of our branches to register for Internet Banking. Once your request is processed by our customer representative, your static password will either be sent via SMS to your registered mobile phone number or provided to you in a sealed envelope.

“Smart SMS” is one of the Smart Password options. It is a system that sends a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS to your mobile phone for Internet Banking logins and payment transactions.
Smart Key is a product that provides Internet Banking users with two-factor authentication. Each time you use Smart Key, a new One-Time Password (OTP) is generated. This password must be entered to log in to Internet Banking and to confirm transactions.
After entering your Customer Number and password, the system will request the One-Time Password on a new screen, which serves as your identity verification.

Yes, you can choose a username (nickname) to use instead of your User Code when logging in to Internet Banking.
After logging in with your current Customer Number, you can set a more memorable username in the Password Operations menu under the User Code Assignment/Change section. To do this, after logging in to the website, go to the Password Operations menu and select User Set/Change Code. There, you can define a username that is easier to remember. Thus, you can log in using either your previous User Code or the newly defined Username.
If the phone number registered for Smart SMS is still active, you can change it after logging in to Internet Banking. From the Security Settings / Smart Password / Smart SMS / Smart SMS Number Change menu, enter the one-time confirmation code that will be sent to your current number to complete the update. 4. Can I continue using Smart SMS abroad? Yes, if you have activated roaming services on your mobile phone, you can continue using Smart SMS abroad. Otherwise, we recommend using the Smart Key.
