Distribution of Authority of Corporate Clients

• Viewer: The user can only observe all transactions and accounts.

• Login: User can enter the transaction.

• Enterer/Pre-Approver: The user can enter a transaction and also perform its initial approval.

• Pre-approver: Can only do the first approval.

• Approver: Can only do the Second (Final) Approver.

• Flexible Validator: Can perform either initial validation or final validation. However, it cannot perform both initial and final validation for a transaction.

• Initiator/Elastic Approver: A user can enter a transaction and simultaneously perform either the first approval or the last approval. However, they cannot perform both the first and last approval for a transaction.
