If your credit card is lost or stolen, you must immediately call the Yapı Kredi Contact Center at *0444 and report the incident.
Even if you later find a card previously reported as lost or stolen, it cannot be used, as it has been cancelled for security reasons. As a precaution, you are advised to render the card unusable by damaging or cutting it. A new Worldcard will be delivered to your address shortly after you report the loss or theft.
Yes. In case an additional card is lost or stolen, you must also report it to the Yapı Kredi Contact Center at *0444.
You can track your Worldcard outstanding balance via Internet/Mobile Banking, through your statement, or by contacting the Yapı Kredi Contact Center at *0444.
To avoid possible inconveniences when using your Worldcard, you must notify the Yapı Kredi Contact Center at *0444 or the nearest Yapı Kredi branch of any change of address or other contact details within 15 days.
Simply visit the nearest Yapı Kredi branch with a document confirming the change of surname (such as a marriage certificate or a copy of your new ID), along with your current Worldcard, which should be made unusable beforehand by damaging or cutting it. A new credit card with your updated surname will be delivered to your address as soon as possible.
You must report your new number to the Yapı Kredi Contact Center at *0444 or to the nearest Yapı Kredi branch within 15 days.
Visit the nearest Yapı Kredi branch and complete the “Card Replacement Request” form, or contact the Yapı Kredi Contact Center at *0444. A new credit card will be delivered to your address in the shortest possible time.
