“Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan” CJSC announces an open tender for the procurement of Legal Services.

Companies wishing to participate in the tender are kindly requested to meet the following requirements and submit the specified documents in a sealed envelope to the Procurement Department of the Head Office of “Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan” CJSC at the following address:

Address: 73G Jalil Mammadguluzadeh Street, Baku, Azerbaijan

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in providing relevant services;
2. Primarily having experience in working with financial institutions;
3. Having experience in the recovery of debts determined by court decisions in accordance with the procedure established by legislation, as well as experience in carrying out enforcement measures with district enforcement departments (experience in collection activities);
4. At least 1 member of the Azerbaijan Bar Association (attorney) among the company’s employees;
5. Submission of an extract from the State Register of Legal Entities.
