The First Banks to Introduce the Instant Payment System (AniPay) Included Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan
In line with the goal of expanding digital payments, Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan became one of the first banks to successfully complete the Central Bank’s Instant Payment System project and offer its customers a service enabling settlement of mutual payment transactions within 5–10 seconds, 24/7/365.
Now, individual customers of Yapı Kredi Bank can easily send money to anyone within the country using the Bank’s Internet and Mobile Banking services via AniPay. By entering the recipient’s FIN code or contact information (mobile phone number or email address), the transferred funds will instantly appear in the recipient’s account. Notably, Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan is one of only four banks in the country to provide this service both through its branch network and via Internet/Mobile Banking, and it offers domestic AniPay transfers for individuals free of charge.
In the current period, with the growing importance of digital banking, Yapı Kredi Bank has updated its Internet and Mobile Banking products, making these services more convenient for its customers.
