Always prioritizing customer convenience, Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan has enriched the service menu of its ATMs to further improve service quality. Now, customers can carry out numerous financial transactions 24/7 without visiting a branch and can easily monitor their accounts. Our ATMs feature a broad and user-friendly menu.

The menu of our ATMs is as follows:

Worldcard Menu:
- Installment Cash Advance: Obtain an installment-based cash advance by selecting a repayment period from 2 to 12 months 
- Worldcard Payment: Pay the debt of any Worldcard in three currencies using the balance from your current account with our bank
- My Current Accounts: By inserting your Worldcard into the ATM, you can view the balance of your current accounts with our bank and withdraw funds from them.
 
Note: To activate the service of conducting transactions in current accounts via Worldcard, please contact the *0444 Yapı Kredi Call Center. 

- Account Statement: Print or view on the ATM screen the list of all transactions carried out during the billing period.
- Cash Advance: Withdraw cash advance from your Worldcard limit
- Limit – Balance: Monitor the limit of your Worldcard
- Other Services: Change or set your card’s PIN code
 
Pulkart Menu:
- Emergency Cash – 20 AZN: By selecting this option, immediately withdraw 20 AZN from your Pulkart balance
- Worldcard Payment: Pay the debt of any Worldcard in three currencies using the balance from your current account with our bank
- Money Transfers: Transfer funds from your current account balance to other internal accounts within our bank
- Cash Withdrawal: Withdraw cash from your Pulkart balance
- Balance: Monitor your Pulkart balance 
- Other Services: Change or set your card’s PIN code
