1. The concession amount is first directed to the repayment of all overdue principal loan debts of individuals to active and liquidated banks and non-bank credit institutions (excluding credit unions); the remaining amount is given to the disposal of the individual;
2. The total outstanding amount of principal loan debts is entered in the relevant field of the calculator;
3. “Principal loan debts” refers to the total principal amounts of loans owed to all active and liquidated banks and non-bank credit institutions (excluding credit unions);
4. The outstanding amount of other loans in foreign currency is converted into US dollars in accordance with the official exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan for those dates and then entered.
