Customers can now access the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) menus not only by entering their card number but also by using their customer number. The newly added functions to the menu include:
- Pulkart Transactions: Balance inquiry, bonus information, card activation, PIN operations
- POS Operations: Reporting non-functioning POS terminals, submitting requests related to POS terminals
- Banking Services: Account information, loan information, deposit information
- Bill Payments: Mobile phone payments, landline payments, utility payments, Internet, and cable TV payments.
