Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan Announces Open Tender for the Organization of Canteen Services

"Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan" CJSC announces an open tender for the organization of canteen services for employees at its Head Office. 

To participate in the tender, companies must meet the following requirements and submit the listed documents in a sealed envelope to the Procurement Department of "Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan" CJSC at the Head Office (Address: 73G Jalil Mammadguluzade Street, Baku).

 1. Official documents of the applying company (Extract from the State Register, TIN, etc.)
 2. At least 3 years of experience in providing canteen services
 3. Names of partner companies (recommendation letters are preferable)
 4. ID cards and medical health certificates (to be renewed annually) of employees providing canteen services
 5. Individual accident insurance for canteen service employees
 6. Certificates and licenses for the provision of canteen services
 7. Compliance certificates for food products used
 8. Weekly menu
 9. Names and portion sizes of hot (main courses) and cold (salads) dishes
 10. Names, quantities, and frequency (per week) of desserts, fruits, carbonated and non-carbonated beverages
 11. Meal cost per person (indicating whether VAT is included or excluded)
 12. Names of hygiene products used in the canteen section
