Pulkart - VISA

PulKart is a debit card linked to your personal account, designed for convenient access to your own funds.

With this card, you can withdraw cash from ATMs both in Azerbaijan and abroad, make payments at POS terminals and shop online conveniently. When you pay at World Member Commercial Facilities, you earn reward points which can be redeemed for free shopping at World Member Commercial Facilities. You can also take advantage of special campaigns offered exclusively for PulKart holders.

Delivery of PulKart

Your PulKart will be delivered free of charge to the address you provide during your application. If you lose your PIN or card, or in the event of any unauthorized incident, you should immediately call the Yapı Kredi Call Center at *0444 or visit the nearest Yapı Kredi branch.

Reward points opportunities

With PulKart, you earn reward points on all your purchases and these points can be redeemed for shopping at World Member Commercial Facilities. You can also transfer your earned points to your Worldcard. In this case, the points earned with your PulKart will be added to your Worldcard point balance.

Card Price

The price of a PulKart is 5 AZN.

However, if you request a PulKart at the time of your Worldcard application, you will receive it free of charge.

Card Activation

For your security, your PulKart will be delivered in an inactive state. To activate your card, you must call the Yapı Kredi Call Center at *0444.

SMS Notifications

Starting from October 1, you can be informed of all account transactions (domestic, international, and online) via the Account SMS Package service. When the Account SMS Package service is activated, you will receive an SMS notification on your mobile phone whenever funds are credited to your account or a payment is made from your account. The Account SMS Package service is offered in two options: 6 months for 5 AZN and 12 months for 10 AZN. Cash withdrawal fee from Yapı Kredi Bank ATMs: 0 AZN (except for cashing out funds deposited non-cash into the account, such withdrawals are subject to a 0.6% fee)
Cash withdrawal fee from other ATMs: 2%+1 AZN
Cash withdrawal fee from ATMs abroad: 2%+1$
PIN code delivery fee: 2 AZN
6-month SMS package: 5 AZN
12-month SMS package: 10 AZN

HÖP (Payment System) transactions: 0.15 (minimum 0.40 AZN – maximum 15 AZN)

For PulKart:
To Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan cards: No commission applied
To other domestic bank cards: Commission-free up to 5,000 AZN; above 5,000 AZN – 1% (minimum 1 AZN)
Transfers made through applications or systems other than the Yapı Kredi Bank mobile app (to cards of Yapı Kredi Bank and all other banks): 1% (minimum 1 AZN) 1% (Min. 1 AZN)
