Issued by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, anniversary and commemorative coins are dedicated to Azerbaijan’s history, culture, science, art, as well as sports, prominent figures, landmark events, and more. Regularly issued commemorative coins are announced with updated information, which can be accessed here.
• All anniversary and commemorative coins issued by the Central Bank are legal tender across the Republic of Azerbaijan, accepted at their nominal value.
• Commemorative coins can be obtained at Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan branches with a 1% commission fee.
