  He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 1996 and completed his MBA in Business Administration at the Rochester Institute of Technology between 1997 and 1999. He began his professional career in 1998 as a Budget and Planning Analyst at XEROX Corporation. From 2000 to 2009, he worked as Senior Manager of Management Consulting at Accenture Turkey, responsible for overseeing the consulting operations and coordination in Türkiye. From 2009 to 2013, he served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Yapı Kredi Bank A.Ş. (Türkiye), responsible for managing Information Technologies. From 2013 to 2020, he held the position of Assistant General Manager in charge of Information Technologies and Operations, and from 2020 to 2021, he continued in the same role as Chief Operations Officer (COO), overseeing both Information Technologies and Operations. Currently, he serves as Executive Vice President for Commercial and SME Banking at Yapı Kredi Bank A.Ş. (Türkiye).

Serkan Ülgen graduated from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering at Bilkent University between 1994 and 1998. He completed his MBA in Business Administration at Boğaziçi University from 2003 to 2005. Between 1998 and 2001, he worked as Department Director at Benkar Consumer Financing and Credit Card Services Company. At Yapı Kredi Bank A.Ş. (Türkiye), he held several key positions: 2001–2004: Deputy Manager of Merchant Database; 2004–2006: Head of Credit Card Sales Department; 2006–2008: Head of Consumer Portfolio Management Group; 2009–2010: Head of Credit Card Sales Group; 2010–2014: Director of Card Payment Systems Sales Group; 2014–2017: Director of Consumer, Platinum Banking, and Card Payment Systems Group; 2017–2018: Director of Retail Banking and Card Payment Systems Group; Since 2018: Assistant General Manager for Retail Banking.

Özlem Mertoğlu

Özlem Mertoğlu graduated in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Middle East Technical University in Turkey. She began her professional career in 1987 at Interbank A.Ş., and between 1990 and 1999 held executive positions at Impexbank A.Ş., HSBC Bank Türkiye A.Ş., and Körfez Bank A.Ş. She also served as General Manager at Disbank Nederland and as Deputy General Manager at Demir Halk Bank Nederland. From 2010 to 2022, she was the Founder and Director of Affiance Management, an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board at Yapı Kredi Bank Nederland, and an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board at Yapı Kredi Malta. Between 2016 and 2018, she worked at TMF Netherlands as Global Business Director for Onboarding and KYC Services. Currently, since 2004, she has been the Founder and Director of Commodum, and since 2021, the Co-Founder and CEO of Morla Moves. In addition, on March 7, 2025, she was appointed as an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan CJSC.
