  • How can I join the Internet Banking?

    You can apply to any of our branches for joining the Internet Banking. Your permanent password will either be sent to your registered phone number via text message or will be given in a closed envelope based on your preference, after the customer representative receives your request. 

  • What is customer number?

    The customer number is a user password that you use while logging into the Internet Banking. If you do not remember your customer number, you can call and ask *0444 Call Centre during 7/24.

  • What is smart SMS?

    "Smart SMS" is one of the smart password types and is a system that sends "One Time Password" for logging into the Internet Banking and implementing payment operations.

  • What is Smart Key?

    Smart Key is a product that ensures double security for a user of Internet Banking. "One Time Password" is created in every usage of Smart Key and this password is used for logging into the Internet Banking and confirming operations. You make the system to recognize.

    "One Time Password" by entering your Customer Number and password, then entering the password into opened new window. 

  • I forgot my company/user code. What to do?

    If you forgot your Company and/ or User Code you can call and ask *0444 Call Centre during 7/24, or apply to your bank branch. 

  • Can I use my user name (nickname) instead of the user code?

    Yes, you can use a user name you prefer instead of the User Code while logging into the Internet Banking. You can change your User Code to the one you prefer, and can easily remember, after logging into the Internet Banking with your

    Current Customer Number. After logging into the Internet page, go to Define/Change User Name section from the Password Operations menu and change your user name to the one you can easily remember. Thereby, you can use the page both with previous your user name and with the one you defined.

  • How is the number changing procedures for Smart SMS?

    If your phone number registered for Smart SMS is active, you can change your number by logging into the Internet Banking, and going to the menu Security Parameters/ Smart SMS, then entering "one time password" in the Smart SMS "changing number" section. 4. How Can I use Smart SMS if I will be out of the country? You can use Smart SMS service if you use Roaming service out of the country. In other case, it is suggested to use Smart Key service.

  • What is advantages of Smart Key?

    1. It provides double security;
    2. Given passwords can not be reused;
    3. It is easy to use

  • Should I pay any fee for using the Smart Key?

    A fee for the Smart Key is 10 AZN.

  • In which currencies I can pay may credit card debts via ATMs?

    You can pay your credit card debts in AZN, USD, and EUR.

  • What is the minimum amount of advance instalment in-cash that I can withdraw from ATM?

    The minimum amount of advance instalment in-cash is 100 AZN.
